These lesser known events are kind of a letdown after last week’s weird group event. I am happy to be back betting individuals though and am ready to return to the winners circle. We also have the return of PGA odds boosts!

I will break down my wager by location, so you can get the best number possible. I am taking some shots here in each range, as you will see.

I am all about the sites having PGA odds boosts every week! If they do, I will continue to break them down as well. PGA betting is something I started a few years back and really enjoy. All you need is to hit one winner to have a great year, depending upon the price. Last year, obviously, I picked more than a few winners. I am going to list the other bets I continue to make of top 20’s, top 10’s, etc. I had only been listing my outrights, but I will now list everything.

This should pay +102 or so. These are literally four of the top five betting favorites for this event and Corey Conners is actually third highest for his make the cut odds. This is a solid boost, it is asking people who should be in contention to just make the weekend. I am in.

JT/Reed/Homa to all make the cut +170 (FD)
Homa is the real question here as he is only -154 to make the cut this weekend. This parlay should pay +125. Homa has made 10/15 cuts this year. Homa has been playing very well this season, but has not played since the Masters where he finished 55^th. Coming off two missed cuts and three weeks of rest, I am hesitant to back Homa here. Yet, if I believe that JT and Reed are going to make the cut, as I bet in the boost above, then I can look at this as Homa to make the cut at +170. I am in.

NBA Odds Boosts You Should Consider Betting

On the surface I was thinking this might be a good bet. Teams have been scoring in bunches and there have been an incredible amount of points in games featuring the Wizards. Then, I looked into the two teams. The Wizards have a grand total of zero 40+ point quarters in their last ten games. Why did I pick ten games? That is after the trade deadline and when the Wizards have played much better. Conversely, the Lakers also have zero 40+ point quarters. However, the Lakers did give up one 40+-point quarter to the Magic of all teams. If this boost was set to 36 or 38 points, then it would be a different story. Nevertheless, I like it when you something has happened before often, before I bet it will happen again. Alternatively, at the very least, I need odds to make it worth my while. Pass on this boost.

Randle’s point prop is set to 26.5 points.
Vuc’s point prop is set to 22.5 points.
If you parlay these two, it should pay +246. This is a boost, but we need to look at the game pace and total. This game features a total of only 208 points. Ugh. The Knicks are very slow and play excellent defense. I get it if you want to play this, but I just cannot get behind this one. Pass for me.


Booker to score 25+ points and the Suns to win +180 (FD)
Booker’s points prop is set to 27.5 and the under is slightly juiced.
The Suns are small four-point favorites tonight.
If you parlay this combo it should pay +125. Leonard is still out and the Suns are coming home after a long road trip. This feels like a good spot to be on Phoenix and this boost. For the Booker piece to come in, he can miss his prop by two points and still be fine. I am in.



Randle and Vuc to combine for 20+ rebounds -121 (DK)
Randle’s rebound prop is set to 9.5.
Vuc’s rebound prop is set to 11.5 and the under is juiced.
If you parlay them to each have ten rebounds, it should pay +162. Yes, this wager is combined though. I cannot get behind this at the price at -121. I would rather bet the parlay at +162. Pass for me.

Sixers/Knicks/Nuggets to all win +240 (Fox)
This parlay should pay +207. All three teams are favored and at home. I like this. I am in.


Embiid and Capela 2+ dunks each +400 (Fox)
I will say this again, Embiid does not dunk as often as you think. He dunks once every other game. Pass for me.


Zion 3+ dunks and Jokic to record a triple-double +450 (Fox)
What even is this boost? How dumb. We know Zion dunks around 2.5 times a game based on what he has done this season. I am passing on this for the fact it is a dunk involved prop. For what it is worth, Jokic is about +185 to record a triple-double. I am passing.

MLB Odds Boosts You Should Consider Betting.
Harper to hit a HR and Phillies to win +715 (DK)
Harper is +290 to hit a HR.
The Phillies are -108 tonight.
This parlay combo should pay +461. This is a sizeable boost as they normally are. This game has a total of 8.5 runs. Harper has six HR this year and four have been on the road. I am going to take a shot here. These are lower HR odds on Harper. I am in.

LAD/PIT/NYM to all win +350 (Fox)
This parlay should pay +315. However, I know the Pirates have been better, but I can not put them in any kind of wager at this time. Pass for me.


Seager/Merrifield/JD to all have a hit +150 (Fox)
Seager is -260 to record a hit.
Merrifield is -310 to record a hit.
JD is -185 to record a hit.
All right, this boost should pay +182. Moreover, who wants to attack Jacob DeGrom? Easy pass.

Anderson is +180 to record 2+ hits. The CWS are large favorites and this should pay +242. I am passing here as two hits and a win is asking a lot. In addition, we have watched big favorites lose repeatedly this season in baseball. Pass for me.

Harper is -290 to record a hit.
Tatis is -380 to record a hit.

When did the weekend become busier than the week? Perhaps the random start times of both NBA and MLB games clearly does not help. Either way, we are back with a huge slate in both leagues tonight. We are quickly getting the end of the NBA regular season and playoff seeding is really taking shape. Always, be aware of resting and injury information. Please notice things like Ben Simmons being upgraded from out to questionable. To me that means he is playing. Try to take advantage of these spots and get a better number. The Clippers seem ready to give the game away tonight, but as we have watched all year, the Pelicans are not capable of taking it.

Yesterday, I retweeted the tweet of Todd Fuhrman who discussed the slim margins in sports betting. Betting $110 to win $100 on games if you went 55-45 you only won $550. Now, can Randle get to 30? I laid out the case for taking the Knicks, but what about Randle. In the previous boost the number he needed was under his points prop. This boost, it is 3.5-points over. Randle is +152 to score 30+ tonight and parlayed with a Knicks win should pay +328. This is a massive boost. For a few extra points, you add almost +200 in value. Randle has been over 30 in six of his last seven games. I am in. The model has liked the Knicks all year long. Fire this up.


Zion and PG to combine for 60+ points +100 (Fox)
Zion’s point prop is set to 29.5 and the under is juiced.
PG’s point prop is set to 29.5 and the over is slightly juiced.
If you parlay these two, it should pay +253. Of course, these combined props give you more flexibility, but you still need each player to get close to his prop. I would again, play them parlayed instead, if considering this boost. Nevertheless, when it comes to this boost it is a pass for me.



Sixers/Suns/LAC to all win +300 (Fox)
This should pay +256, so it is a boost. However, I am not messing around with the Clippers on the road without KL. Additionally, the Knicks have been solid at home all year long and I want to avoid that situation as well.

NYY to win and 9+ runs to be scored +230 (FD)
NYY are -164 and the total is set to nine runs. This combo should pay +200, but we know the Yankees have not exactly been scoring a ton this season. Enter Matt Harvey for the Orioles. Harvey has given up 11 earned runs in just over 19 innings pitched. The New York bats have been better has 9+ runs have been scored in three of their last four games. In this case, I am willing to take the risk on New York after fading their boosts all last week. I am in.


LAD and SF to win +170 (FD)
SF is -188.
LAD is -198.
If you parlay them, it should pay +131. The two best teams in the NL West, both as nicely sized favorites and it is boosted nicely. I am in.


COL/STL/MIL to all win +700 (DK)
COL is +158. I mean why even look any further.
STL is -108.
MIL is -174.
If you parlay all these, it should pay +669. This is such a small boost considering you are taking a sizable dog as part of this parlay. Pass for me.

Bryant is +475 to hit a HR.
Harper is +350 to hit a HR. I am always going to suggest wagering on them separately in these situations. I would rather have the upside of them both hitting, but also losing two bets than this small pay out on this boost. Pass for me.

ATL is -205.
TB is -106.
PHI is -108.
If you parlay all these, it should pay +457. Now, yes, this is a boost and a large on at that, but two of these games feature very small money lines. Like most of these boosts, if you liked it before you saw this, and then proceed. For me, this is a pass.

Dame played 37 minutes in his last game shooting 9-23 from the field. Now, that is obviously not good. Tonight he gets the Grizzlies with a small spread and a total of 233 for the game. I love this. I am in. Dame is ready to go and they want to avoid the play-in games. I am here for a big Dame game.

This is a really solid boost. Jokic has been making roughly one three a game and Curry has been on fire except for his last game.

The Mets team total is set to 4.5 and the under is ever so slightly juiced.
If you parlay this on another site, it should pay +219. This is a pretty sizeable boost.  The strike out part is not my worry here. The Mets have only scored 5+ runs in three of 14 games this year. I am going to pass here, but you can fire. The Mets offense has just not been there yet. Pass for me.

Judge/Freeman/Polanco 1+ hit each +125 (Fox)
Judge is -235 to record a hit.
Polanco is -300 to record a hit.
Freeman is -390 to record a hit.
This parlay should pay +121. This is such a small boost it is an easy pass for me.


NYY/NYM/LAA to all win +425 (Fox)
NYM are -310 today.
NYY are -144 today.
LAA are +120 today.
This should pay +382 so it is a little bit of a boost. Again, this includes a dog and the NYY that are not great at the moment. I am passing.

I never like this many games on a given night, so this is very strange. OKC is tanking and the Wizards are playing very well. I am fine laying the big number, remember fade the tankers.

I bet this early, as I believe the Hawks take the night off in some way. No Trae, several players listed questionable. It is coming. Bet this now before the line moves.

We are officially in chaos season for the NBA. I keep saying it, but watch out for injuries, resting, tanking and teams that are trying to get into the play-in games. Notice that the lines are moving fast and if one team rests people, their opponent may do the same. Be careful out there.
