Wait, you mean my people do not always make a charge, come back, and win. Weird. I kind of half expected Cameron Tringale to come out Sunday, shoot a 65, and win. Instead, he went from three shots back to even further back. Either way we are back this week with a bracket! This format is different and will be pretty strange compared to what we normally see. Just like with the NCAA bracket, do not bet people in the same region to win it all. Pick people on different sides. I am backing two of the favorites here, I am pretty sure you can guess who one of them is. In my dream scenario, they meet in the finals.
I will break down my wager by location, so you can get the best number possible. I am taking some shots here in each range, as you will see.
I am all about the sites having PGA odds boosts every week! If they do, I will continue to break them down as well. PGA betting is something I started a few years back and really enjoy. All you need is to hit one winner to have a great year, depending upon the price. Last year, obviously, I picked more than a few winners. Bryson to reach the quarterfinals +360 (FD)
To do this Bryson would have to win his group and then defeat the winner of Finau, Frittelli, Kokrak and Zalatoris. Since Byson is +115 to win his group, we can assume he would be favored over everyone in the other group. Even if we make him -125 in the second round, a parlay on him would pay roughly +287. (I used the numbers form below to make it easy.) Either way, this is a boost and I am in. I am a sucker for Byrson as you know.

Rahm is -125 to win his group.
Bryson is +115 to win his group.
If you parlay them to both win, it should pay +287. This is a pretty solid boost. While I understand they have to beat the other golfers in their group, I am in on this.
